Olubusola Ogunlolu
She is the Chief Consulting Officer and Lead facilitator of Berekkah Consulting Limited. With twenty eight years corporate work experience, including twenty in Human Resource Management at Senior and Executive Management capacity, Olubusola has headed the HR teams in reputable companies including Equity Bank (now a part of Access Bank Plc Nigeria, Vigeo Holdings Limited and Negris Group where she held the positions of Group Head HR and HR Director respectively. Up until December 2017,she was a Partner with Poise Nigeria Limited.
As a consultant she has trained and consulted for various organisations locally and internationally training at all levels from middle management to the C- Suite. In the African space, she has worked in Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi and Zambia. In Tanzania, she continues to train and consult for CRDB Bank, USAID, Oryx Energies, TIPER, Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF), Dar es Salaam Corridor Committee (DCC), NorgesVel, TanTrade to mention a few.
Since 2015, Olubusola has been the lead facilitator of the Supervisory Skills Training for CRDB Bank annually and has recorded facilitator ratings of not less than Excellent in every batch of training conducted. To date, she has trained over 4,000 executives in trainings ranging from Human Resource Management, Management Development, Leadership Development ,Etiquette and other Soft Skills
Olubusola is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Management and a certified Client Partner and Delivery Consultant with Franklin Covey International. She is also a key resource on the faculty of several Management and Training Consultancies including Braincraft, Leadership and Vision, Poise Nigeria and Poise Graduate Finishing Academy.
A Harvard Alumni, Olubusola is an excellent communicator, and speaks English, Yoruba and Swahili. She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Nigeria in 1987 and has undergone several trainings and certifications in HR Management, Leadership and Soft Skills.
She is the Dean of the Berekkah Graduate Finishing Academy, a finishing school for fresh graduates and post graduate students with less than two years work experience. This school offers the opportunity for young people to be groomed in various hard and soft skills required in today’s corporate workspace. Olubusola has a fresh and positive outlook to life and has a passion for learning.
As a calling and her way of adding value to the society at large, she is a mentor and character coach to teenagers and young adults and currently runs a private initiative focused on youth empowerment through Leadership Development, Life Skills, Moral Excellence and Etiquette. The focus of this initiative is to teach Lifeskills in Public Secondary Schools to youth who otherwise may not be opportune to learn at an early age what it means to grow up to be responsible citizens. She is also a partner and co-facilitator with JAKIN NGO.
