He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA in Financial Management. A graduate of Business Administration with Certification in Systems Administration from the Systems Union, Hammersmith United Kingdom
An experienced Senior Project Manager and Information Systems professional with over 28 years’ experience in Project Management, Systems Administration, Financial Management, Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management Systems, Supply Chain Management Systems and Business Processes in both medium and large scale business operations.
Kunle Ogunlolu worked for Diageo (the global parent company of Guinness Nigeria Plc) for 20 years. He has been project managing the implementation and deployment of Salesforce Automation and Distributors Management System for the African businesses as the Regional Project Manager for Diageo Business Services, Africa in the last 5 years of his service with Diageo
He has been on International Assignments to different countries and in different capacities. He was in the UK between 1995 and 1996; to West Africa countries of Ghana and Cameroun between 2005 and 2007; to East African countries of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda between 2010 and 2014 and to Ethiopia between 2016 and 2019.
In the course of his service in Diageo he has managed various large and medium scale
projects for the business in Africa. Some of the major projects implemented are as follows
- Route-to-Consumer/Route-to-Market (RTC/RTM) Automation Tools, Salesforce Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) in different Diageo businesses with different market models in African
- Information Systems Roadmap and System Integration for merging businesses in Ghana and for a newly acquired business in Tanzania
- SAP Simple Business Model implementation for Diageo Tanzania market
- SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plant-to-Customer (PTC) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes for Diageo businesses in East Africa
- SAP Automatic Banking Interface Solution with different financial institutions in Nigeria and Ethiopia
- A global Human Resources Integration Systems (HRIS) – Workday/Service Now
- Infrastructure Transformation & Integration for a newly acquired business in Tanzania
- Consolidated Accounting System on Sunsystems in Guinness Nigeria
- Telecommunication Strategy for Guinness Nigeria
- Shared Service Center (SSC) for Diageo Africa
He voluntarily retired from Diageo in 2019 to focus on the Consulting business. He is current the Executive Director of Berekkah Consulting Ltd. He is also a certified ADR mediator with Quallo Mediators and ADR professionals in the USA.
He has also been a youth leader and a community leader for over 20 years. Has been actively involved in the running of a non-governmental foundation (ELIAF) that is focused on providing scholarship for indigent students in the society and youth empowerment.
